Are you looking for a change? Are you bored of doing the same thing every day? We’re looking for an experienced working Foreperson to join our team for a full-time (40+ hours/week) position. Must have experience with managing staff. We specialize in new energy-efficient homes and we do renovations. Must be willing to continuously learn new skills and be very versatile.
Location:
The worksite will be within 45 min of Greater Moncton.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary to be discussed based on experience. Benefits will be available after 3 months of employment and will be paid in full by the employer.
Qualification:
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license to apply.
Duties Include:
- Framing.
- ICF and structural slab construction.
- Install wood siding.
- Install subfloor, hardwood floor, and finish trim.
- Insulate new homes with rigid foam boards when required.
- Build patios and decorative columns.
- Help manage job sites, pickup material, clean, etc.
- Miscellaneous duties included but were not limited to Kitchen cabinet installation, small framing jobs, renovations, closet installation, repair/maintenance in rental units, etc.
